  • What cuts of beef do you offer?
    We offer a wide range of cuts, including everyday essentials like mince, sausages, and roasts, as well as specialty options such as boerewors (traditional South African farmer's sausage), dry-aged prime cuts, brisket, and short ribs. If there’s a particular cut you’re after, feel free to ask!
  • Is your beef organic?
    Our beef is as organic as possible, using natural inputs and regenerative farming practices. While we’re not yet certified organic, we’re working toward accreditation, which we hope to achieve in the near future. Rest assured, our beef is free from hormones, chemicals, and antibiotics.
  • How are your cattle raised?
    Our cattle are ethically raised on regenerative pastures, grazing freely on nutrient-rich grasses. We use low-stress stock handling practices and maintain a sustainable herd size to protect the health of our land and animals. Our focus is on sequestering carbon and giving back to the earth through our farming methods.
  • Do you deliver, and how far?
    Yes, we deliver within a 40-minute radius of our farm. Alternatively, you’re welcome to pick up your order directly from the farm, where you can see where our cattle are raised.
  • How should I store and cook your beef?
    Our beef is best kept frozen for long-term storage or refrigerated if you plan to cook within a few days. For cooking, we recommend defrosting cuts slowly in the fridge and letting them come to room temperature before cooking. Each box includes recipe ideas and tips for specific cuts.
  • What makes grass-fed beef better?
    Grass-fed beef is more flavorful and nutrient-dense, with higher levels of omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants, and vitamins. It’s also better for the environment, as our regenerative grazing practices improve soil health and reduce carbon emissions.
  • Can I visit the farm?
    Absolutely! We encourage customers to pick up their orders from the farm, where you can see how our cattle are raised and learn more about our regenerative practices. While we don’t offer full tours at this time, we’re always happy to chat about what we do.
