October at Belli Beef
It’s been a busy and fulfilling couple of months at Belli Beef - Welcoming Gabby to the team, hosting our first bone broth demo and opening the farm gates to the Sunshine Butterflies group. July at Belli Beef
Winter’s quiet has settled in, but there’s still plenty happening between the fences. Calves are arriving, the cows are content and we’re prepping for a biodynamic spray to boost fertility ahead of spring. Fence repairs and new troughs are on the list and one cow gave us a scare - but she’s recovering well.

Osso Bucco
There’s nothing quite like Osso Bucco on a cold evening - tender beef shins slow-braised with red wine, tomatoes, garlic, and herbs until they fall apart with a spoon. This recipe is rich, rustic and exactly what winter calls for.
Serve it over parmesan polenta or buttery mash and enjoy the kind of meal that gathers people around the table.
