Honey Ginger Beef Stir-Fry

Fast, fresh, and packed with zing - this stir-fry brings out the best in your Belli Beef stir-fry strips with a marinade of soy, ginger, and our raw honey.

Ingredients:
500g Belli Beef Stir Fry Strips
2 tbsp tamari sauce
2 tbsp rice vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
1 tbsp Belli Bees raw honey
1 tbsp fresh grated ginger
2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
2 red chillies (optional, sliced and seeded)
2–3 spring onions, sliced
Splash of sesame or olive oil
Cornstarch (optional, 1 tsp)
Seasonal veg (bok choy, capsicum, carrots)
Cooked rice or noodles, to serve
Method:
Mix the tamari, vinegar, honey and ginger in a bowl. Toss in the beef strips and let it marinate for 30 minutes if you’ve got the time.
Add cornstarch to the marinade if you want a silkier finish.
Heat oil in a hot wok or heavy pan. Fry the garlic, ginger matchsticks, and chilli until fragrant, then add the beef and sear quickly.
Throw in your chopped veg and cook for a few more minutes, keeping it crisp.
Stir through the spring onions just before serving.
Serve over rice or noodles.
Top with coriander if you’ve got it growing out back.
