·     2 tbsp hoisin sauce
·     2 tbsp oyster sauce
·     1 egg
·     2 tsp coconut oil
·     1 tbsp crushed garlic
·     1 tbsp finely chopped fresh ginger
·     1 tbsp sesame seeds
·     1 large carrot cut into matchsticks

Â
Method
·     Mix together the tamari, oyster, hoisin sauce, crushed garlic and ginger and egg. Add the stir fry beef, mix well and let marinade for 1 hour (or over night)
·     To cook, heat some coconut oil in the wok, cook the vegetables in batches and set aside once cooked. Continue cooking all ingredients in batches, allowing the wok to get hot again between batches and adding more coconut oil if needed. When you are on the last batch of meat, return all other cooked ingredients to the wok and heat through.
